How far in advance should I book?
Peak weekends fill up fast, especially in spring and summer. Sun City recommends booking about 30 days ahead when possible, since rentals are first-come, first-served. If your event is coming up sooner, still reach out – we’ll do our best to help with last-minute availability.
Do you set up at parks?
Yes. Park setups require electricity within 100 feet, and Sun City applies a $100 park convenience fee. If power is not available, a generator may be needed depending on the unit. If your park requires a certificate of insurance, request it in advance so it’s ready for your permit process.
What if it rains?
If you cancel before delivery due to bad weather, you’ll receive a raincheck for a future date (up to one year). Once the unit has been delivered or setup begins, no refunds are issued. If wind or unsafe conditions make setup unsafe at delivery time, Sun City will assess on-site and may cancel setup with no financial responsibility.
How much space is required?
Space needs vary by unit. Plan for the inflatable footprint plus at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides (fences, trees, landscaping). You’ll also want a clear path for the dolly, typically 3 feet wide or more. Measuring ahead of time is the best way to avoid day-of surprises.
Are your inflatables inspected and insured?
Yes. Sun City House of Bounce is fully insured and state inspected, and can provide a certificate of insurance upon request. State inspections help confirm compliance and improve safety. If your school, church, HOA, or venue needs to be listed as an additional insured, request it ahead of time.
Do you provide power cords?
Yes. Most rentals include what you need to get running, including an extension cord and blower. Plan on having a standard outlet within 100 feet per blower on a proper circuit. For parks or locations without reliable power, ask about generator requirements so your unit stays fully inflated and safe.
Can adults use the bounce houses?
Some units can accommodate adults, while others are designed for kids only. The best approach is to choose a unit that matches your group’s age range and follow the posted safety rules for capacity and one-at-a-time slide use. If you’re planning a mixed-age event, tell us and we’ll recommend the right option.
